Takeru Moriyama, Men's Soccer
Men’s soccer standout Takeru Moriyama has been named Cowley College’s January 2022 Male Athlete of the Month.
Moriyama, the Jayhawk West Co-Player of the Year and a Second Team All-American, helped the Tiger soccer team to conference and region titles as well as an appearance at the national tournament during the 2021 season. The Liberal Arts major is a two-time all-conference and all-region selection. He has a grade point average of 3.7.
