After two seasons as an assistant coach with the Cowley College wrestling team, Justice Circle was thrust into serving as the interim head coach during the 2022-23 season. After helping guide the Tigers to a 20th-place finish at the national tournament, Circle was tabbed to become the head coach on a full-time basis in the 2023-2024 season.
In his first year as the full-time head coach, Circle helped Cowley qualify seven wrestlers for the NJCAA Division I National Championships, where the Tigers finished in 21st place out of 55 schools.
Circle is a 2019 Cowley College graduate and was on the inaugural Cowley wrestling team for two years. He was a two-time national wrestling qualifier during his time at Cowley and was also on the honor roll and a resident advisor.
Prior to Cowley, Circle wrestled one year at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M, where the team finished as national runner-up. He graduated from Blackwell High School and was an Oklahoma State Champion, Oklahoma All-State wrestler, and three-time state qualifier.
Circle has had 31 national qualifiers during his four years as a coach with the Tigers.
