Strength and Conditioning Program
At Cowley College, the strength and conditioning program reflects the attitude and voice of the Athletic Program: strong and disciplined. Athletes are taken through a series of training schedules that promotes and corrects proper body mechanics from the ground up. Only then is the athlete allowed to train in more advanced strength and conditioning programs, making the individual a highly skilled and more complete athlete.
Training programs are given individual and sport specific consideration with detailed evaluation, making a more conducive and effective strength and conditioning program. The Cowley College Strength and Conditioning program not only prepares the athlete to compete at an elite level, but to do so with character and honor.
