Bio

Lindsay Sanderholm begins her 23rd year as head coach of the Tigerette Danceline and 11th year in charge of the cheer team. Sanderholm was a two-time All-American dancer and member of the Turning Pointe Dance Studio. She has been featured in “Who’s Who of U.S. Dance Directors”, has earned her NCA/NDA Coaches’ Certification and AACCA Spirit Safety Certification.

Originally from Wellington, Kansas, she participated in dance team at Wellington High School and served as team captain her junior and senior years. She received her associate’s degree from Cowley County Community College where she was a member of the Tigerette Danceline.

She was team captain and competed at UDA Dance Nationals in Florida. While at Cowley, she was also a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and a student ambassador.

After Cowley, Sanderholm received her Bachelor of Integrated Studies degree from Emporia State University.

Sanderholm has led the Cheer Team to four consecutive Region Championships in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. The Tigerettes were named Region Champions in 2019 and 2021. During the 2021 season, Sanderholm led the Tigerettes and Cheer Team to runner-up finishes at The College Classic National Championship in Orlando, FL.

Sanderholm and her husband, Aaron, are the parents of Madilynn, Easton, and Lilliann.
