Cowley College men’s basketball team assists with clinic
Members of the Cowley College men's basketball team, along with Tiger basketball coaches Donnie Jackson and Roybell Baez, recently helped with a basketball clinic for individuals of the Arkansas City Middle School boys' basketball teams.
The Tigers were joined by members of the Arkansas City High School boys' basketball team as they worked with the middle schoolers on the fundamentals of basketball, including ball handling, passing, shooting, fast break, and how to play in transition.
The two-day clinic consisted of 21 middle schoolers.
"It is good for us to foster these relationships with the middle school and high school," Cowley College men's basketball head coach Donnie Jackson said. "I appreciate Ark City high school head coach C.J. Jennings and his staff for allowing us to be a part of the clinic."
