Tiger athletic teams heading to the Sunshine State

The Cowley College men's and women's cross country teams and Tiger men's soccer team left for Florida on Tuesday to prepare to compete at their respective national tournaments.

The Tiger cross country teams will compete Saturday at 10 a.m. at the NJCAA Division II National Championships in Tallahassee, FL. The Cowley men's cross country team is the defending national champions.

The Tiger men's soccer team will open play at the NJCAA Division I National Tournament on Wednesday, November 16, in Melbourne, FL, by taking on Daytona State College at 9 a.m.
