Displaying a winning mentality in the classroom and on the hardwood, Cowley College sophomore Anna Kiss was recently named the school’s December Female Athlete of the Month.

Kiss, who finished fourth in her Cowley career with over 1,000 kills, was named a Second-Team All-American and was the KJCCC Offensive Player of the Week four times during the 2023 season. She led the team and conference in kills per set (4.31) and was the conference leader in total kills with 552. She was named to the NJCAA Division II All-Tournament Team after helping Cowley capture the national championship. The business major has a GPA of 3.58.
