Bio

Before coming to Cowley College in the fall of 2023 to help with pitching and strength and conditioning, Chase Bridges was the pitching and strength and conditioning coach for Northern Oklahoma College-Tonkawa during the 2022-23 season. Bridges playing career included three years at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley under Coach Derek Matlcok (2020-22) and two seasons under Coach Ryan Bay (2018-19) at NOC-Tonkawa. Bridges has also been a part of the Oklahoma Drillers Academy for the last five years, serving as their pitching coach across all ages and acting as a head coach for different levels between high school and college-age athletes. This includes a Mickey Mantle World Series Run in 2019.    

Bridges’ education includes having a master’s degree in kinesiology from UTRGV and a CSCS certification through the NSCA.
