Coach’s Comments: "Kara is an exceptional athlete that is very coachable, has passion for the game, and possesses a ton of energy and aggressiveness on the court. She is an intelligent player who knows the game and strives to improve each day which has allowed her to play multiple positions for her high school and club programs. This combined with her solid ball control and athleticism will provide a nice addition to our program.”
 
2023 (Freshman): First season at Cowley.
 
Before Cowley: Prepped at Fountain Lake High School where she played four seasons of volleyball. In her senior season, she led her team to a 16-7 record and took her team to Arkansas State quarterfinals of the state tournament. For her efforts, she was named Arkansas All-State, first team All-Conference, and is an Arkansas All-Star nominee. In her junior season, she led her team to a 20-10 record and a trip to the Arkansas State tournament. For her efforts, she was named All-Conference. In her sophomore year, she led her team a 22-4 record, a trip to the Arkansas State Tournament semi-finals, a Conference championship and a District championship. For her efforts, she was named All-Conference. In her freshman year, she led her team to a 22-6 record, a trip to the Arkansas State Tournament championship match while finishing state runner-up and won a
conference championship.
