Bio
Coach’s Comments: "Sara is an exciting player adds a dominant presence to our offense and defense with her powerful attack and all-around abilities. She is such an impact player who can elevate a match with those abilities and confident play with a powerful and accurate attack, solid block, strong serve, and numerous other abilities. Sara was a dominant force in the nation last year with those skills and we look for her to be an even bigger force this year.”
2023 (Freshman): Played in 128 sets... recorded 391 kills at 3.05 kills per set, a .371 hitting percentage, 51 aces, 43 assists, 114 digs, and 53 blocks...Named First Team All-District and KJCCC First Team All-Conference.
Before Cowley: Prepped at XIII. Keruleti Ady Endre Gimnazium in Budapest, Hungary. She began playing volleyball for Hercules in 2015. She led her team to a second-place finish in the United World Games and was named team Most Valuable Player. In 2017, she went to the BVSC-Zuglo club in Budapest, where she was named Most Valuable player in 2017 and 2020. In 2020, her team finished 6th in the U17 Hungarian championships. In 2022, she led her team to a first-place finish in the NB II. She was also awarded the honor of great athlete and great student in 2016 and 2017.
