Coach’s Comments: "Sadie is a talented setter who not only has great hands, but also has excellent setting technique, athleticism and court awareness. She has much experience at the setting position where her sets are accurate and consistent with tempo. This works perfectly with our offensive system that has been one of the top offenses in the nation. Sadie also brings strong defensive skills to our program with her ability to play strong defense, not only as a setter, but as a defensive specialist."
2023 (Freshman): Played in 15 sets...averaged 2.33 assists per set and a .333 hitting percentage.
Before Cowley: Prepped at Eagle Crest High School where she played for three seasons. In her career, she was named team captain and led her squad to the Region tournament in two seasons. In her senior season, she recorded 181 assists, 144 digs, and 23 service aces along with being named Academic All-State – Honorable Mention and scholar athlete. In her junior season, she recorded 194 assists, 80 digs, and 19 service aces. She also participated in club volleyball for the Colorado Volleyball Association to enhance her volleyball skills. While playing for them she was named captain and led her team to win Gold for 16's Division at AAU Super Regionals, finished as a 16 Patriot Semi-Finalist, won an AAU Super Regional (Gold - 16's Division), and reached the AAU national tournament.
