The Cowley College volleyball team has released its spring schedule for 2022. The Lady Tigers will participate in four scrimmage dates on April 5, April 13, April 19 and April 23.

The Cowley College volleyball team saw three players recognized by the NJCAA as All-Americans. Sophomore Iva Halacheva and freshman Rossana Papa were selected a first-team All-American and freshman Rachele Tessari was selected a second-team All-American. The selections brought Cowley's total All-American award count to 40 honors spread across 29 players. It marks the 18th straight season with an All-American selection.

The Lady Tigers finished the season 41-1 while going 10-0 in conference matches. The team also finished NJCAA National Championship Runner-up.

The Cowley College volleyball team continued its strong start to the season by picking up three wins on the weekend.

Entering the program’s 45th season, high expectations are in store for the Cowley College volleyball program. The team is coming off of a 2020 campaign that that saw them finish 16-11 in the shortened Covid-19 season. Now, Cowley head coach Steven Gream will enter his sixth season, leading his Lady Tigers as they work to continue the success of the program.
